If you have a Carefree Spirit, Fiesta, or Simplicity patio awning in good shape (and made after 1997), you may purchase the Pioneer Manual Upgrade Kit. Your springs will be replaced with the crank mechanism. Available in white or black finish to match any arm color. NOTE: Telescoping crank handle sold separately.An A&E awning with good roller tube and fabric may be used with a new set of Pioneer Lite Awning arms which come equipped with the cranking mechanism and telescoping crank handle.
